Job Overview:

The Business Development Senior Manager at Abivin will drive the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the customer base. Responsibilities include conducting market research, prospecting potential clients, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders. They will lead the development and execution of sales strategies, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve revenue targets. The Business Development Manager will collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs and contribute to the company's overall success in the market.

Responsibilities:

- Required from Leadership & Management from Level 8 :

  • Scope of Decision Making: focus on operational decisions within their departments
  • Internal Focus: primarily manage internal teams and processes
  • Tactical Level: Tactical - more involved in day-to-day tactical execution.
  • Accountability: Responsible for their respective departments' performance and be accountable to the direct Superior
  • Leadership & Execution: leadership within their departments and ensure execution

  • Market Expansion Strategy (Chiến lược Mở rộng Thị trường): Developing strategies to expand the market to new customer segments and geographic regions to increase market share.
  • Strategic Partnerships and Alliances (Đối tác Chiến lược và Liên minh): Cultivating strategic partnerships and alliances with key industry players to enhance the company's competitive advantage and market positioning.
  • Sales Pipeline Management (Quản lý Ống dẫn Bán hàng): Managing the sales pipeline effectively to ensure a steady flow of potential opportunities and optimize lead conversion.
  • Client Needs Analysis (Phân tích Nhu cầu Khách hàng): Conducting in-depth analysis of client needs to customize products and services to meet specific requirements and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Competitor Analysis (Phân tích Đối thủ cạnh tranh):ompetitor Analysis (Phân tích Đối thủ cạnh tranh): Analyzing competitors to identify strengths and weaknesses, enabling informed decision-making to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Proposal Development and Presentation (Phát triển và Trình bày Đề xuất): Creating and presenting compelling proposals to prospective clients to showcase the company's value proposition and solutions.
  • Product Development Feedback (Phản hồi Phát triển Sản phẩm): Providing feedback on product development to ensure alignment with market demands and customer preferences.
  • Deal Negotiation and Closure (Đàm phán và Kết thúc Giao dịch): Skillfully negotiating deals and ensuring successful business agreement closures to achieve revenue targets.
  • Client Acquisition and Retention (Thu hút và Giữ chân Khách hàng): Acquiring new clients and developing retention strategies to foster long-term relationships and loyalty.
  • Business Intelligence (Trí tuệ Kinh doanh): Leveraging business intelligence for data collection and analysis, enabling data-driven decisions to drive sustained growth and profitability.
