Job Overview:

The Product Operation Executive at Abivin supports operational aspects of the company's software platform. Responsibilities include assisting in product deployment, monitoring system performance, and optimizing operational processes. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve product-related issues and enhance the overall product experience. The Product Operation Executive contributes to maintaining product reliability and efficiency to meet customer expectations and drive company success.

Responsibilities:

- Required for Department Monthly Work:

  • Market Trend Analysis (Phân tích Xu hướng Thị trường): Conducting analysis of market trends to identify emerging patterns and insights for our product.
  • Product Lifecycle Management (Quản lý Vòng đời Sản phẩm): Managing the lifecycle of the product to ensure continuous improvement and relevance.
  • User Feedback and Issue Resolution (Phản hồi từ Người dùng và Giải quyết Vấn đề): Addressing user feedback and resolving issues to enhance user satisfaction and product - performance.
  • Product Performance Monitoring (Giám sát Hiệu suất Sản phẩm): Monitoring the performance of the product by tracking key metrics and driving improvements.
  • Reliability Testing (Kiểm thử Độ tin cậy): Conducting reliability testing to ensure the product's dependability and robustness.
  • Software Maintenance (Bảo trì Phần mềm): Performing software maintenance to keep the product up-to-date and efficient.
  • Product Quality Assurance (Đảm bảo Chất lượng Sản phẩm): Ensuring product quality through rigorous testing and quality control processes.
  • Security Updates and Compliance (Cập nhật Bảo mật và Tuân thủ): Managing security updates and compliance to protect against vulnerabilities and meet industry standards.
  • Product Training and Support (Đào tạo và Hỗ trợ Sản phẩm): Providing product training and support to assist users in effective product utilization.
  • Operability, Compatibility, Portability (Tính khả dụng, Tính tương thích, Tính di động): Evaluating operability, compatibility, and portability to enhance product usability and accessibility.
