Job Overview:

The Marketing Executive at Abivin supports marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. Responsibilities include assisting in executing marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, and coordinating marketing events. They contribute to creating marketing materials, analyzing campaign performance, and identifying opportunities for optimization. The Marketing Executive plays a key role in supporting the Marketing Manager to achieve marketing objectives and promote the company's products and services effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Required for Department Monthly Work:

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
  • Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels.
  • Product Marketing: Develop and execute product marketing strategies to promote and position Abivin's products effectively.
  • Content Marketing: Manage the creation and distribution of valuable content to engage and educate the target audience.
  • Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing initiatives to optimize online presence and reach a broader audience.
  • Event Management and Sponsorships: Coordinate and manage events and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee social media platforms to build and engage with the online community.
  • Public Relations and Communications: Cultivate positive public relations and effective communication strategies.
  • Lead Generation and Nurturing: Implement lead generation strategies and nurture potential customers.
  • Marketing Analytics and Reporting: Utilize marketing analytics tools to track performance and make data-driven decisions.

- Required for Management:

  • Planning: Understand the Department and Personal goals, set by the Manager, to plan Personal Tasks and achieve the common objectives.
  • Resource Understanding: Understand given physical, financial and human resources to achieve Department objectives.
  • Competency Development: Focus on competency development and peer support.
  • Task Execution: Execute tasks as directed by Manager and provide guidance to Junior team members when needed.
  • Quality Compliance & Reporting: make sure that all organizational processes and activities meet established quality standards and guidelines; Monitor and report on project quality to higher-level team members.

- Required for Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with Department members
  • Learn from Senior members
  • Report to Department Manager

 Authorities:

  • Authorized to access and modify to limited Working data, processes, and reports related to the Department.
  • Authorized to access to Department strategies, proposals, approvals and projects from the Department Manager, but neither budgets nor expenditures.
  • Not authorized to collaborate with other Managers or other Department members without direct Manager's delegation.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top university or school.
  • Proven at least 2-year experience in marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and strategy development.
  • Proficiency in relevant digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
