Job Overview

As a Front Office Intern at Abivin, you will be at the forefront of our operations, gaining hands-on experience in marketing, business development, and account management. This role is a unique opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the IT industry while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.


  • Marketing Support: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms, and contribute to content creation.
  • Sales Assistance: Support the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and maintaining sales databases.
  • Customer Service: Engage with customers through various channels, provide product/service information, and resolve queries.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle front office tasks including answering calls, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records.
  • Project Coordination: Participate in team projects, coordinate with different departments, and ensure timely completion of tasks.


  • Access to part of customer databases and marketing tools (such as Hubspot, or
  • Autonomy in managing social media content under Manager supervision (Facebook, Linkedin, Youtube, TikTok, X, Zalo, Instagram, ...).
  • Opportunity to propose and lead small-scale projects within the Department.


  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Business, Marketing, or related programs.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze issues, identify root causes, and propose practical solutions.
  • Effective time management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to collective goals.
