Key Responsibilities:
- Finance and Accounting Support: Assist with accounts receivable and payable, help in budget preparation, and participate in financial reporting.
- Procurement Assistance: Aid in managing vendor relationships, participate in the procurement process, and contribute to inventory management.
- HR Operations: Support HR tasks including recruitment assistance, employee engagement activities, and maintaining HR records.
- Data Management: Ensure accurate data entry and management in company databases.
- Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative tasks to support back office operations, including document management and scheduling.
